Payment, Delivery and Returns Information
Warranty/Faulty Items
To return a faulty/warranty item, please contact us first and provide evidence of the fault so we can assess what actions to take; it may be that a replacement part can be supplied. All warranty items are subject to an inspection, sometimes requiring us to send the item to the manufacturer. Please note that the conditions of warranty are down to each individual manufacturer and are usually described in a warranty-card that is included with the product, or stated on their website.
Online Fraudulent Safety Controls
We work hard to prevent fraudulent activity. Every single transaction and approved before any order is processed and dispatched.
In some cases, our online payment provider may insist we implement a credit card check for safety. You will be informed by e-mail about this. In these rare cases we simply require a copy of the front side of your credit card (so that the number and card owners' name are legible) as well as a copy of a current ID (Official ID, Passport or drivers license). You can send us the copies by email or post. This happens rarely and is instructed for your safety.
International sales
Please note for International Sales, we do not cover any import tax, which may arise when your purchase enters the destination country. It is your responsibility to understand the implications of buying abroad and you may face customs fees, which we cannot be responsible for. These fees depend on the contents of the packet as well as their value and as a consequence, they can vary. Legally we have to state the value of the product on supporting documentation.
